I never skip my breakfast, no matter what comes my way. For those who skip their meals to lose weight, let me tell you, dieting must be a strict no no. Eat in small quantities and at regular intervals.”
The fit and handsome Shlok also shares his insights. He says, “I am a staunch follower of the saying ‘Health is Wealth’. A healthy diet will help you remain stress-free and you will definitely reduce the chances of major health risks.” Kritika adds, “If you have weight issues, then eating healthy is the best way to control weight. Also, I have read that eating healthy puts you at a decreased risk of cancer and other life threatening diseases.”
